Where do I write?

[email protected]. Add your device and browser for technical problems, or the date and amount for payment questions.

How do you contact Dinchat?

By email, at [email protected]. It is the single address for everything: something not working, a question about a payment, a report about another person, a request about your data, or a business enquiry. You do not need to work out which team to write to, and you do not need an account to write; guests are welcome to email too.

You will not find a form to fill in here, on purpose. We never ask for passwords, card numbers or verification codes by email or in a chat. If a message claiming to be from Dinchat asks you for any of those, it is not from us.

What should you put in your message?

The facts we would otherwise have to write back and ask for. Find your situation in the table and include what is listed next to it.

What helps us help you
Your situationPlease include
Camera or microphone won't startYour device, your browser and its version, and the exact wording of any message on screen
A payment failed or coins did not arriveThe date, the amount and, if you have it, the receipt from the payment provider
You want to report someoneRoughly when it happened, what they said or did, and their display name
Free matches or a reward look wrongWhat you expected to see, what you saw, and roughly when
You want your data exported or deletedThe email on your account, or your display name if you are a guest
Anything elseA sentence or two on what you were trying to do and what happened instead

Screenshots are welcome for technical problems. Please do not send images that show another person's face unless you are reporting that person.

Can you sort it out yourself first?

Often, yes, and it is quicker. A camera that will not start is nearly always a browser permission; the checklist on the Dinchat app page fixes most cases. Questions about free matches and coins are answered on the coins and Reward Center page. If you are unsure whether something that happened in a chat is worth reporting, is Dinchat safe lists the warning signs.

Everyday how-to questions are collected in the help center.

What can support do, and what can't it?

It is fair to know this before you write.

  • We can look into payments and missing coins, receive reports about other users, help with technical problems, and handle requests to export or delete your data.
  • We can't recover a guest session after the browser data has been cleared, tell you who another user is, or pass messages to someone on your behalf.
  • We won't ask for your password or card number, ever.

How your data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. For what Dinchat is and how it pays its way, see about Dinchat.

What should a report include?

Keep it factual and short. Three things make the difference: when it happened, as closely as you can remember; what the person said or did, in plain words; and the display name on their profile. If you took a screenshot, attach it.

You do not need to prove anything or build a case. Describe what you saw, in the order it happened. And if the matter is urgent, for example a threat against you, contact your local police as well as writing to us; an email inbox is not an emergency service.

Length is not a virtue here. Four or five sentences usually say everything: who, when, what happened, and what you would like us to know. A report that long is easier to read than a page, and nothing is gained by repeating it in a second email.

One request: send one message per problem, and reply in the same thread if you have more to add. A single thread with the whole story is far easier to follow than five separate emails.

Questions about contacting us

What is the Dinchat support email?

[email protected]. It is the one address for technical problems, payments, reports and data requests.

Is there a contact form or live chat?

No. Support is by email. That way your message and our reply stay in your inbox, and you never have to type account details into a web form.

How do I report another user?

Use Report for that person inside Dinchat, or email support with the time, what happened and their display name.

How long should a report be?

Four or five sentences is plenty: who it was, roughly when, what was said or done. A screenshot helps if you have one.

Do I need an account to contact support?

No. Guests can email too. Mention the display name you were using so we know which session you mean.

My coins didn't arrive. What now?

Email support with the date, the amount and the payment receipt if you have one. That is what we need to trace it.

How do I delete my data?

Email support and ask. Include the email on your account, or your display name if you have only used Dinchat as a guest.

Will Dinchat ever ask for my password?

No. Not by email, not in a chat and not on a call. Treat any such request as a scam.

Nothing broken? Then go and say hello

Support will still be here. So will someone new to talk to.
