Terms of Service

1. Who may use Dinchat

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the site you confirm that you are. Access may be ended for anyone found to be under 18.

2. Guest sessions and accounts

You can use Dinchat as a guest. A guest session belongs to one browser on one device and is lost if that browser's data is cleared.

If you create an account, keep your access details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your session or account.

3. The service

Dinchat provides a list of people who are online, random one-on-one matching by video or voice, written messages with automatic translation, profiles and the ability to follow other users. Features can change, be added or be withdrawn. We do not promise that any particular person will be online or that a conversation will go as you hope.

4. Free matches and the Reward Center

New users receive free matches, and further free matches can be claimed in the Reward Center through the day. Free matches and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the amounts and timing can change.

5. Coins and payments

• Coins are a digital item bought on dinchat.cam and usable only on dinchat.cam.
• Coins are used up as you use paid features. On a matched call this includes time spent on the call after its free time has ended.
• Coins are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Purchases are final except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where a technical error on our side meant you did not receive what you paid for. Contact support in either case.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

6. Your conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. In short: no harassment, no threats, nothing that exploits or endangers anyone under 18, no requests for money, no impersonation, no spam, and no capturing or sharing of another person's image or words without their consent.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You give Dinchat permission to store, display, translate and transmit it as needed to run the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload.

8. Ending access

You can stop using Dinchat at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where needed to protect other users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as it is. Conversations are between users, and Dinchat is not responsible for what other users say or do. To the extent the law allows, Dinchat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
